Imagine, our popular ConveyLinx® Motor Roller Control Solution being used for pallet conveyor, air operated conveyor, or belt conveyors utilizing 480VAC motors. ConveyBlox® has all the same wonderful features as ConveyLinx® but utilizes a single output to control devices such as VFD's, motor starters, or air operated solenoids. An accumulation logic only module that will provide a 24VDC output so you can turn your pallet, belt, or live roller conveyors into a fully functional Accumulation Conveyor System with the touch of a button. No need for a PLC to control your simple accumulation conveyor with this module; that logic is built into ConveyBlox®. The logic that typically resides in a PLC to move product from zone to zone is built into the module. If you need control over a specific zone of your Conveyor system, simply connect a single Ethernet cable from your PLC to the most upstream ConveyBlox® module. This one Ethernet connection gives you the ability to control all zones of the ConveyBlox® system, use the module as simple I/O, read status of sensors, and to pass on tracking data. You don't have to fear networked conveyor systems anymore. ConveyBlox® has taken all of the unpleasantness away, leaving you to enjoy the benefits of a network without the hassle.

When you install a length of linear conveyor, the ConveyBlox® modules automatically recognize the type of sensors and type of output you're using, and automatically configure themselves appropriately... all with the touch of a button.
