ConveyNet® is a networked, distributed I/O conveyor control system made up of pre-engineered modules that allow you to distribute I/O, motor control, and e-stop functionality along your conveyor.

You no longer have to run wire and conduit from every device in the field back to a central panel. With ConveyNet®, you wire your devices to the nearest module and let the network carry messages back and forth from your PLC. This saves you tremendous amounts of time and money on installation.

Need to add a conveyor? Simply install the control module near the new conveyor motor, daisy chain the network, motor power, control power, and e-stop circuit from the adjacent existing module, and you're in business!

Since each device is located near a ConveyNet® module, your maintenance staff can easily maintain the system and perform diagnostics and repair, and you can be confident that they are safe while they work, as ConveyNet® operates on 24VDC low voltage power.

And because ConveyNet® modules are pre-engineered, pre-assembled, and ordered from stock (complete with steel or polycarbonate NEMA 1 or NEMA 12 enclosure), you can have them in hand and ready to go in days, not weeks. Your spare parts inventory is simplified, as well, with fewer parts and common module configurations.
