The ConveyNet® EZ E-Stop Zone Control module is a networked, distributed module that acts as the main relay for e-stop termination across the ConveyNet® system.

Although each ConveyNet® control module has its own internal e-stop termination module, this main relay point is necessary to monitor the network for e-stop conditions, ensuring that the entire system is halted.

The EZ-01 Emergency Stop Zone Controller can be used to control and monitor an entire emergency stop of a multiple enclosure ConveyNet® system. The EZ-01 can also be used as a "stand-alone" e-stop circuit controller in other applications.

The EZ-01 Emergency Stop Zone Controller contains the following components:

• Enclosure (steel or polycarbonate)
• 24VDC Power Supply
• E-stop termination module
• Safety relay
• Field wiring terminal strip
