ConveyTrax® is a modular, networked, distributed control system for 24v Motorized Drive Roller (MDR) conveyor. You won't waste time and money up front on programming controls, or running miles of wiring between a central panel and your devices in the field. Each ConveyTrax® control module is equipped with the smarts to run even the most complex MDR systems with no need to be tethered to an external PLC or PC for normal operation.

ConveyTrax® operates on the standard CANopen network with the option of an Ethernet bridge. Unlike non-networked controls, with ConveyTrax® you always know what's happening at any location along your conveyor, and you always know the location of your packages... even when the system is in emergency shut-down. Built-in Flexzone technology makes it easy to accommodate oversized packages, which can easily trip up other control systems.

Easy access to each module via the configuration software allows you to perform diagnostics and make configuration changes from anywhere, off-site or on.
