Both CRCM and NG2 cards allow you to distribute logical control to even complex devices, thus eliminating the need for a large, central panel and all the wiring that goes with it. And, true to the ConveyTrax® promise, you never need programming to operate or configure your CRCM or NG2 cards. NG2 cards have the added benefit of being connectorized for easy plug-in installation in large systems.

The CANopen Powered Roller Control Module (CRCM / NG2) provides an integrated control solution for conveyor and motor control applications using CANopen communication technology. The CRCM is the conveyor control portion of the ConveyTrax® architecture. The module can be configured to act as straight 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-zone conveyor, linear transfer, merge, diverter, and right angle transfer (RAT).

The core of this system is the Powered Roller Control Module, which is designed using the CANopen Protocol to provide maximum system functionality. Smart functions are built into the Module that provide control of various operational modes of the conveyor.

The CRCM module features terminal block connections for motor driver card command logic and photo-sensor connectors. The NG2 features convenient plug-in connections for motor card command logic, and RJ-11 connectors for photo-sensors.
