The DIO88 card provides eight inputs and eight outputs of general I/O. These are useful anytime you need additional I/O for controlling actuators, pushers, diverters, and external interlocks. When used within the ConveyTrax® system, the RollOn configuration software can also activate special plug-ins on the DIO88 for e-stop, fault reset, and auto/manual functionality.

Each DIO88 module provides:

• Connector for 24V DC power supply
• Power LED indicator
• Install button
• Connector for CAN interface
• 4 CAN status LED indicators
• 2 five-pin connectors for digital outputs
• 8 LED indicators for digital outputs
• 2 five-pin connectors for digital inputs
• 8 LED indicators for digital inputs
• 2 Node ID HEX switches
• 1 Baudrate HEX switch
