Using an intuitive graphical interface, RollOn configuration software allows you to drag and drop sections of conveyor onto your workspace, building your system and assigning functionality piece by piece.

ConveyTrax® control modules (CRSC, CRCM, NG2) come pre-loaded with most of the common functionality you'll need to set up even the most complex conveyor systems. With RollOn configuration software, you simply choose the particular functionality you need on a given zone (e.g., RAT or merge), and the software does all the work for you.

Unlike traditional methods of conveyor configuration, you won't need to develop custom code to control every component of your conveyor, and you won't have to spend weeks implementing your system. You can configure large systems in just days.

RollOn also provides access to powerful troubleshooting tools, allowing you to monitor and track the behavior of every device on the network.

RollOn is a configuration tool, not an operational program, so once your system is configured, RollOn is never necessary for continued operation of your conveyor.
