Insight Automation and Kyowa USA have teamed up to bring you Pulse Roller®, the most advanced motorized drive roller (MDR) yet.

Exclusive to Insight, Pulse Roller® features a unique gearbox design that gives it greater torque and greater speed range, all while consuming less energy than other comparable rollers.

For Pulse Roller® commutation, Insight Automation offers the EZ-24 and SZ-24 Pulse Roller® Commutation Cards (see below).

Pulse Roller® is manufactured and assembled by Kyowa USA in a facility adjacent to Insight Automation in Kentucky. That means fast turnaround on even large orders. Most deliveries take 1-2 weeks.

The EZ-24 & SZ-24 motor commutation modules each provide full featured brushless DC motor commutation in a convenient package. They provide motor commutation control and protection for virtually any motorized drive roller on the market, multiple electronic braking functions, speed selections, acceleration and deceleration control. The SZ-24 also comes in a model that features electro-mechanical brake control: the SZ-24B.

The core of this system is the Powered Roller Control Module, which is designed using smart functions that are built into the module that provide control of various operational modes of the drive motor.
