The Engine
The Senergy® motor design offers the highest output performance available with the lowest energy consumption possible, while maintaining an extremely low noise output.
The Transmission
The gear train is designed to transmit the highest level of output torque possible with the least amount of wasted power.
The more compact design of the Senergy® motor and gearbox combination allows for a minimum overall roller length. All Senergy® motors and gearboxes utilize splined output shafts. Splined
shafts are over 30% stronger than competing designs such as keyed, hex, or D-shaped shafts. While this design is more difficult to produce, it provides a stronger,
longer lived, and decidedly superior product.
The Sound
The Senergy® Motor has been designed to take the output noise level to the absolute minimum, with output noise levels as low as 45 DbA. Due to the extreme high running speeds
of the permanent magnet DC motors, the output noise of the gear-train must be a major consideration. By upgrading the new gearbox design which minimizes the transmitted noise to the
conveyor frame, an extremely quiet design motor roller has been attained.
The Power
A major benefit to Pulse's® Senergy® Motorized Roller design effort is an overall reduction in electrical current required for any given motor configuration. This has been accomplished
by use of the highly efficient Senergy® motor and the optimally efficient gearbox design. The user benefit is an overall reduction in electrical power required for a system implementation.
The result, a 20 to 30% reduction of required electrical power while attaining an even higher level of output performance than our existing products.
The Speed
The ground breaking new Senergy® Motor Rollerdesigns offer speed ranges unheard of in the market, speeds of up to 1,000 feet per minute are achievable with output torque ratings higher
than any competitive product on the market today
The Result
The PULSE® Senergy® motor roller simplifies the product mix with a single motor design and minimal number of gear reduction ratios which exceed the existing product performance criteria
deemed necessary by the user marketplace.
The Future

Controller and Drive Cards for Pulse® Motor Rollers
The EZ-24 & SZ-24 motor driver modules each provide full featured brushless DC motor commutation in a convenient package. They provide motor control and protection for virtually any motor roller on the market, multiple electronic braking functions, speed selections, acceleration and deceleration control. Both, EZ24-HTB and SZ-24 comes in a model that features electro-mechanical brake control..
The core of this system is the Powered Roller Control Module, which is designed using smart functions that are built into the module that provide control of various operational modes of the drive motor.
