Hers is most likely the first smiling face you'll see when you enter the Insight Automation offices and she's been there since the company began. Jennifer Nagel will tell you with an easy laugh that her "official" title is Office Manager, her "unofficial" title is Go-to Girl and she is often referred to by the company's President as "The Glue".

"I never say, 'That's not my job.'" says Jennifer. She loves doing a little bit of everything from answering the phones to booking travel, from both sides of accounting to shipping and receiving. She's also the company hostess and a self-described "people person". After spending 17 years in the restaurant business doing everything from bussing tables to managing, Jennifer knows the value of keeping the customer happy.

You may not know it, but Jennifer loves to garden and to do crafts - some of her favorites are stamping and elaborate, extra-special gift wrapping - things that indulge her creative side when she's not keeping things going at the office.
